Aaron Andino is an IT generalist at Jobs for the Future. As part of the IT support team, he helps maintain the organization’s technology and systems to ensure operational efficiency and uptime.
Before moving into his current role, Aaron worked in business development for a physical security company. He also supervised the IT help desk at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Aaron says he joined JFF because he has a passion for helping and empowering people and for driving change, especially for people who are underrepresented in our country’s institutions and in professions and industries that offer opportunities for economic advancement.
He graduated from the Rinker School of Business at Palm Beach Atlantic University with a bachelor's degree in business management.
Regarding his time outside of work, Aaron says, “I love technology and enjoy finding ways to use it to our advantage. I spend my free time with my family and like to practice photography, and it’s hard for me to pass up a good hike!”
