Her skills and areas of expertise include:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills; able to work quickly and independently, prioritize, and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills; able to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
Courtney has 18 years of experience assisting senior executives in the nonprofit sector. Before joining JFF, she ran a two-year leadership development program for emerging leaders.
Given the climate of the world today, Courtney says there isn’t a better mission to support than JFF’s and she is thankful to spend her days working to fulfill that mission. She is excited about lightening the load of JFFLabs leaders and helping them be more productive and successful.
“When I am not organizing schedules at JFF,” she says, “I am managing life with two young boys and their soccer, baseball, basketball, and school schedules. When they aren’t around, I am shopping or making candles with my sister.”
