Fiana Barrow is a development manager at Jobs for the Future. She is responsible for the coordination of operations and support for JFF’s Development team, program staff, and executive leadership.

Before moving to her current role at JFF, Fiana was the prospect development manager of major gifts at Vanderbilt University. In that role, she oversaw the donor portfolio and pipeline and managed solicitation of active donors and potential prospects for Vanderbilt's major gift development officers.

JFF’s focus on achieving equitable economic advancement for all is what attracted Fiana to the organization. She says that she is excited to be doing work that will impact a deserving demographic that is often underserved by public and private institutions.

Fiana has a master’s degree in merchandising from Kansas State University, a bachelor's degree in retail and consumer science from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and an associate's degree in merchandise marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.

Outside of work, she loves to spend time with family and try out the new restaurants in Nashville.
