Genevieve Martin is a senior director at Jobs for the Future. As a member of the Employer Initiatives team in the Center for Justice and Economic Advancement, she drives the creation and growth of national efforts to expand employment opportunities for people with conviction histories.

On a given day, you’ll find her sharing expertise with a group of hiring professionals, meeting with government agencies to advocate for hiring justice impacted talent, or collaborating with employers around the country to build more inclusive talent strategies.

In addition to producing multiple Second Chance Summits events around the country, Genevieve has participated in the Center for American Progress and the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives task forces and is an inaugural member of the Council on Criminal Justice.

She has presented at Inc. 5000, South by Southwest, Sustainable Brands, and International Corrections and Prisons Association events; partnered with the Society for Human Resource Management to launch the Getting Talent Back to Work Toolkit; and participated in the White House’s Fair Chance Business Pledge events in 2016 and 2019.
