Kathryn Uhl
Senior Program Manager
Kathryn is a senior program manager at JFF, leading program design and place-based strategies to transform workforce, education, and employment systems and produce more inclusive outcomes. Prior to JFF, Kathryn worked across diverse sectors including community-based organizations, policy research institutes, nonprofits, and the private sector. These experiences have enabled her to approach partnership building from a place of empathy and stay attuned to the unique challenges and assets of each stakeholder group.
Most recently, Kathryn was a teaching lead at IDEO, designing and teaching human-centered design courses. Prior to IDEO, Kathryn led research, strategy building, and program management efforts within the nonprofit sector to build the capacity of civil society organizations and leaders. Kathryn has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego.
