Lauren Iannitto is a director at Jobs for the Future. In this role, she oversees the JFFLabs Executive in Residence program and serves as a program manager supporting execution work with a variety of clients focused on the continual growth and development of client missions.
Lauren has more than 15 years of experience as a strategic and execution-focused leader with a history of transforming process and financial strategies into dynamic solutions that drive operational efficiency and expand intellectual-property capital.
Before joining JFF, she served in a variety of operational management roles at HMSHost, BCBG Max Azria, and Scoop NYC. In those positions, she managed the operations of $10 million business lines and was instrumental in driving revenue and margin growth while developing and managing strong, diverse, highly functional cross-organizational teams.
Lauren says she was attracted to JFF because of the organization’s focus on entrepreneurship and its mission of supporting transformational work aimed at disrupting traditional mindsets about achievement and career success.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from James Madison University.
Lauren is from Long Island, New York, but has spent the past 15 years in the Washington, DC, area with her husband and two daughters. When not at work, she can often be found on a sports field or pool deck supporting her daughters, Emerson and Sawyer.
