Martha R. Arias is a senior director at Jobs for the Future. As a member of the Resource Management team, she shares her passion for resource management (RM) adoption strategies, including engaging with business partners to standardize processes, launching enabling technologies, demonstrating the benefits of resource forecasting, and ensuring effective training to drive adoption.
Martha has over 17 years of experience in the areas of project and portfolio management, business operations, and RM. During the past eight years, she has specifically focused on RM and launched two global resource management offices.
She has an MBA from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami. She is also a Resource Management Certified Professional and has earned the Project Management Professional certification.
Martha lives in Miami, Florida, with her fiancé Chris and her dog Coco.
