Moganiyah (Nia) Yisrael is a senior program manager at JFF. She assists in creating and implementing the organization’s comprehensive business development plan and strategic initiatives, leading the development of major proposals, strengthening relationships with funders, and building new partnerships.

Prior to joining JFF in 2018, Ms. Yisrael served as a workshop coordinator for Burnham Rosen Group (BRG), where she coordinated leadership development workshops, executive coaching, 360 reports, and other development services for BRG clients in the US and Europe. Her special projects included overhauling the workbooks and training materials and launching a new company website. With her organizational abilities, she helped client leaders grow through BRG training and development programs grounded in cognitive science and research.

Ms. Yisrael’s prior experience includes serving as the executive assistant in the President’s office of the American Academy of Arts and Science.

Ms. Yisrael holds a master’s degree specializing in information systems and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, both from New York Institute of Technology.
