Raymond Barbosa

Senior Research Analyst


Raymond Barbosa works as a senior research analyst for JFF's body of work dedicated to increasing opportunities for low-income, low-skilled adults to obtain the education and skills necessary to attain productive jobs and career. His work primarily revolves around data analysis and aggregation, as well as supporting development of JFF’s data systems. This includes analysis of labor market information, data validation, and testing and development of JFF’s data systems.

Before joining JFF, Raymond worked as a contractor at the Energy Information Administration (EIA). At the EIA, he collected and validated tanker, barge, and pipeline survey data for the EIA’s weekly and monthly reports. Prior to the EIA, he also previously worked as a data analyst at Miriam’s Kitchen, a nonprofit working to end homelessness in Washington, DC.

Raymond holds a bachelor's degree in religious studies from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
