Sophie Besl is a member of JFF's knowledge management team, which develops organization-wide systems to support business efficiencies, share information, and easy data access. Her current and prior work at JFF has involved implementation of new technical systems and tools. Previously, she was a member of JFF's communications department for 7 years, managing the marketing-communications team for 4 years. As the marketing-communications team manager, she coordinated editors, designers, and project managers to develop, produce, and design JFF publications, websites, blogs, and other products. Before joining JFF, Mx. Besl worked in for-profit marketing, nonprofit development, and as an intern for a US senator in Washington, DC. She has a bachelor’s degree in government from Harvard University.
