Valeria Inoscencio is the financial planning and reporting analyst at JFF. She is responsible for running financial reports to support unit-level planning and forecasting. Her work focuses on supporting program teams in updating their budgets, translating financial requirements into programmatic priorities, and assisting with the reallocation of funds as needed.

Before joining JFF, Valeria was a data analyst at the Bill Wilson Center, a nonprofit in Santa Clara, California, where she analyzed the performance of more than 30 programs focused on helping young people experiencing homelessness acquire stable housing. She compared program performance against strategic goals, generated data reports, and, based on her findings, provided recommendations to program directors and managers to increase program performance and improve processes.
Before moving into nonprofit work, Valeria was a financial planning analyst at Morgan Stanley.
She says she was drawn to JFF by the organization’s mission to transform the workforce and education system to ensure equitable access to economic advancement for all. Being able to use her analytical skills to help further this transformation of lasting system-level change is priceless to her, she says.
Valeria has a bachelor’s degree in business management economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Her hobbies include working out at the gym, traveling, and making homemade cold-process soap.
