The seven communities in the three-year Opportunity Works Social Innovation Fund initiative are creating Back on Track pathways that enable opportunity youth, and in particular young men of color, to attain credentials with value in the labor market. Teams from the communities meet twice per year to engage in peer learning and collective problem-solving aroundĀ building, scaling, and sustaining Back on Track pathways for opportunity youth.
