Eric Seleznow, senior advisor at JFF, highlights the importance of partnership in developing apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs that address the skills gap in the technology sector. The Department of Energy National Labs Jobs ACCESS Act will support targeted workforce development programs that bring together local high schools, community colleges, universities, and other higher education institutions and workforce intermediaries with national laboratories and National Nuclear Security Administration sites, to fill skills gaps in critical sectors of the workforce.
