CNBC.com reports that Google will be awarding JFF a share of more than $10 million in grant money to help it administer three new certificate programs for IT specialists.
In a July 13 article announcing Google’s new certificates in data analytics, project management, and user experience design, CNBC reported that Google will fund 100,000 need-based scholarships for people enrolled in any of the programs and will award more than $10 million in grants to “three nonprofits that partner with Google to provide workforce development to women, veterans, and underrepresented Americans”: JFF, NPower, and the YWCA.
