JFF Senior Advisor Eric Seleznow, who directs JFF's Center for Apprenticeship & Work-Based Learning, recently co-authored an opinion piece in The Hill that argues that apprenticeship programs must become more diverse and inclusive.
“To fully realize the model’s potential, we must create a more purposeful approach to inclusive apprenticeship—one that seeks to right historic wrongs in workforce opportunity,” wrote Seleznow and Latitia McCane, who is the director of education at the Apprentice School at Newport News Shipbuilding.
