JFF Associate Director Krysti Specht was quoted in a recent Work Shift article about the growth of apprenticeship in the tech sector.

In the article, she noted that apprenticeship can play an important role in building the tech talent pipeline in general and in expanding the diversity of the tech workforce.

“Major companies have finally started to understand their role in how they drive the tech space and need to support that pipeline in a meaningful way,” said Specht, a member of the team in the JFF Center for Apprenticeship & Work-Based Learning.
