In an article for Boating Industry, Scott Ellsworth, a consultant for JFF, is quoted in relation to a presentation he gave at the 2018 International Marina and Boatyard Conference back in February.
His lecture, "Closing the Skills Gap," highlighted the boating industry, as well as others, when discussing how employers need to do more to attract and retain skilled employees.
