At Charlestown High School in Boston, Massachusetts, the C-Town Pathways program builds a connection between high school, college, and future careers. These guides were created to help C-Town Pathways students and families make informed choices about their college and career options in the information technology, business, and healthcare industries.

With support from their guidance counselors, students can use these documents to consider what careers to pursue, based on their interests as well as data about salary, required education and experience, and opportunities for growth. They can then determine which associate's degree at nearby Bunker Hill Community College will help them achieve their goals and enroll in the career-focused and general education college-level courses that will get them there.
