Documenting change achieved across the National Fund network, this report standardizes the National Fund's systems change approach, provides numerous examples of successful instances of systems change, and offers suggestions to others on how to achieve, measure, and document systems change.Â
Since its inception, the National Fund has utilized the expertise gained from designing and implementing industry-focused training programs to improve and integrate educational and workforce development systems, employer practices, public policies and institutions, and funders’ perspectives and investments in order to produce more opportunities.
