This brief provides a short overview of the history of work-based learning for workers with disabilities, with a focus on the hospitality sector. Included are numerous resources to support designing programming for workers with disabilities, in addition to a series of recommendations suggesting Registered Apprenticeship as a powerful tool for job placement and career exposure.
