This worksheet identifies the job competencies and tasks that are necessary for frontline workers to master in order for educators and employers to implement work-based learning.
The tool was created for Jobs to Careers, which supports partnerships to advance and reward the skill and career development of incumbent workers providing care and services on the front lines of our health and health care systems. The initiative is a national program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, in collaboration with the Hitachi Foundation and with additional support from the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration. JFF is the National Program Office for Jobs to Careers.
