At JFF, we’ve been leaders in developing and expanding apprenticeship and work-based learning models throughout our 35-year history.
We have worked with these models for so long because we know that these programs can better connect a more diverse group of youth and adults to good careers with good wages.
In response to growing interest from the field, we created JFF’s Center for Apprenticeship & Work-Based Learning in 2017 to provide a centralized hub of resources and expertise.
Our partners can turn to the Center to connect with our team of apprenticeship and work-based learning experts, as well as other JFF professionals specializing in disciplines such as public policy, opportunity youth, business engagement, economic pathways, and postsecondary education and training.
Our team of experts:
- Develops and scales high-quality programs and promotes policies that deliver long-term impact.
- Advances program designs that connect a more diverse population of youth and adults to good jobs with good wages.
- Introduces work-based learning to new sectors, so that more businesses benefit from this proven approach to developing workers with the skills they need to expand and grow.
