Active High Road Training Partners (HRTPs) that are recipients of funding from the California Workforce Development Board (CWDB) can apply to the High Road Training Fund (HRTF). For additional details, please review the application packet below.

- Please review the application packet below. It is our goal to keep the HRTF application process as simple as possible and minimize time-consuming administrative requests. This application seeks to primarily capture partnership needs and challenges that the HRTF can help address. If you have any questions, email us at hrtf@jff.org.

- Applications will be reviewed by a committee made up of representatives from JFF and the CWDB. The application review process includes fair and equitable review protocols.
